Cancel from your account at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues to the end of the term. There is no cancellation fee.

What does a plan include?
A plan gives one child access to practice in every published Primary 6 chapter. Each question has a step-by-step solution, and the progress view shows what to practise next. The lesson films remain free without a plan.
How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 7 days and covers one child. No card is required. The trial ends on its own, and no charge is made.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paid practice stops. The free lesson films remain available. To continue with paid practice, choose a plan and confirm payment. Checkout shows the amount and first charge date before you pay.
Why does the yearly plan show S$32.50 a month?
S$32.50 is the monthly equivalent of S$390 across 12 months. We bill S$390 in one payment each year, not S$32.50 each month. The yearly price equals 10 monthly payments, so it includes 2 months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
Why are two prices shown on the Yearly plan?
S$39 is the monthly price. S$32.50 is the monthly equivalent of S$390 across 12 months. We bill S$390 in one payment each year, not S$32.50 each month. The Yearly price equals 10 Monthly payments. “2 months free” compares the Yearly plan with paying monthly for 12 months.
Do paid plans renew automatically?
Yes. The Monthly plan renews at S$39 each month. The Yearly plan renews at S$390 each year. Both renew until cancelled. We email you before a yearly renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from Account, under Manage billing, at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues to the end of the term. There is no cancellation fee.
Can I get a refund?
Paid terms are not normally refunded because you change your mind, stop using Mathweave or cancel after renewal. We refund a wrong or duplicate charge, a renewal caused by our failure to apply an earlier cancellation, and any amount required by Singapore law. The terms give the full policy.
What happens to my child’s progress if I stop paying?
Your child’s progress stays in your account when paid practice stops. Deleting a child profile or withdrawing permission is separate from cancelling a plan. Cancel billing first from Account, under Manage billing.
